We have been established in North Norfolk for 22 years and we are recognised as one of the foremost Dance Training Establishments in Norfolk. We can offer superb facilities in our Studio, with ample parking nearby.
Here at Marlene’s School of Dancing, we can offer all round Dance tuition from tots to adults, for both the social dancer and those who wish to make dance a career, including Training for Teaching Qualifications.
Our childrens classes are designed to improve confidence, communication, and life skills.
We are one of the few CDET Recognised Schools (Council for Dance Education and Training) offering fully qualified, dedicated Teaching Staff, covering all dance subjects.

We regularly provide students for professional shows such as the Summer season of Seaside Special, Christmas Seaside Special, The Heat is On, The Cromer and Sheringham Crab and Lobster Festival and other professional shows as well as our bi-annual show which gives students the opportunity to experience stage work. We teach both Children and Adults with Classes available in all subjects; Ballet, Tap, Modern-Jazz, Theatre Craft, Musical Theatre Freestyle, Street Dance, Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Rock ‘n’ Roll, Lindy Hop and Zumba(R) dance fitness. We regularly hold exam sessions with the largest Dance Teaching Organisation in the world; International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) Some of our former students have been accepted for professional training at some of the most respected Theatre Colleges in the UK; Laine Theatre Arts, Performers, London Studio Centre, Stella Mann , Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama, Doreen Bird College, some are also appearing in Professional Shows across the UK and Europe. |
